Referrals make up a large portion of our candidate base and we make it a rule to personally interview every candidate that we put forward. A Quiglies CV will always cover the important bits like current salary, notice period and reason for leaving. We arrange interview dates and times and provide both client and candidate with feedback thereafter. And, we only present offers to candidates once they have been referenced.
